I did my Keratin treatment today and Mena done my hair for second time, she did amazing job my hair never been this soft and pretty.

Such a lovely salon with a great atmosphere. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and they did not disappoint! Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and got me seated straight away. The nail tech was so sweet, she was very thorough and gentle when doing the manicure and applied the gel perfectly! They lasted for weeks without a single chip. I came back to get my eyebrows threaded for my holiday and I'm so so happy with them. Will be returning for sure, would definitely recommend.

Went here to freshen up before a family trip, fresh haircut, facial and tidied up my nails. Felt like a new man walking out of there, nicest staff you could ever meet!

For the past six months, I have visited Gisoo on a regular basis; it is a hidden gem. It offers all the services I required; I had a deep cleansing facial, which made my skin more even, silky, and glowing; the hair cut, which kept my fine hair looking trendy and had multiple layers; and Mona is so so so good. Dani, who happens to be my favourite, I introduced my family, and they are all huge fans of Gisoo. Don't forget that they have a fantastic Turkish spa. I had a wonderful inside-out detox as well as a traditional Turkish massage there. I love Gisoo because everyone there is very welcoming and professional, and I will keep visiting there.

This is without a doubt one of the most personable, friendly and caring salons. I am always treated with such attention and the staff go above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. It is my one stop shop for everything from Hamam to threading to facials and massage. They are brilliant

I whent to this salon and I was treated by dany and she did an amazing massage I felt new after and omg when she did my nails they were absolutely stunning she was really nice and funny and treated me very nicely and just was really nice and was worth my money and now my skin feels so new I 100% recommend my hair

I went for hammam and a 30 minute massage before it. I am a larger lady, but I was told to lie on a bed that creaked and squeeked with every breath. The lady who did the massage was a tiny slip of a thing and my massage lasted 20 minutes. Then I was shown into the steam room, I declined the hammam because the massage table had made me so uncomfortable and my back hurt too much to lay on a marble slab for an hour. My neice did have the hammam and I enjoyed being in the steam room, which was stunningly wonderful. Although the treatment was booked for 2 hours,, it was over in an hour. My neice was a bit put out that she didn't get a full massage which is what is advertised. Overall very poor service even though the staff were friendly. I just wish we had got what we had paid for.

Absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude MANGER. I was given a voucher as a birthday gift and was really looking forward to my treatment. But unfortunately I took really ill and have been over the last few months in and out of hospital. I tried to rearrange even that itself was really upsetting and stressful as the MANGER said its not her problem I've been ill and she can't change the appointment. In the end of the conversation going back and forth she decided to change the appointment but this time for the wrong day and that said I was making up excuses. This was extremely upsetting for me and when I was in hospital I nearly lost my life and all I wanted was for her to admit to her mistake and reschedule so I could enjoy my treatment. THE MANAGE had no understanding or compassion at all, just really poor customer service

Really welcoming salon, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. I treated myself to a Turkish/Moroccan hammam which was amazing. I got a really good body scrub and the therapist was so attentive and engaged with me really nice. My hair was washed and conditioned really well also. The foam massage was so relaxing and the steam room. I will deffo be going back.

I had body massage with Dani. She was amazing and done a very good job by deep tissue massage that got the tension off my whole body. When she finished one hour section I was completely a new happy person. I am using other services in Gisoo and I am very satisfied. Definitely I recommend this salon and Dani massage.
