I went for hammam and a 30 minute massage before it. I am a larger lady, but I was told to lie on a bed that creaked and squeeked with every breath. The lady who did the massage was a tiny slip of a thing and my massage lasted 20 minutes. Then I was shown into the steam room, I declined the hammam because the massage table had made me so uncomfortable and my back hurt too much to lay on a marble slab for an hour. My neice did have the hammam and I enjoyed being in the steam room, which was stunningly wonderful. Although the treatment was booked for 2 hours,, it was over in an hour. My neice was a bit put out that she didn't get a full massage which is what is advertised. Overall very poor service even though the staff were friendly. I just wish we had got what we had paid for.
