I went for hair treatment and hair color , extremely low quality material used and Hair dresser was not familiar with her job at all. After a week I contacted and complained about hair color and treatment , She simply said please don’t come here any more !!! I charged £200.00 for nothing , i have never had such a bad experience …😡😡

The best haircut I have ever received! Truly incredible. Mena was a dream. She was communicative and listened to what I wanted and checked in repeatedly to ensure we were going in the correct direction. Completely blown away. The best salon I have ever been to. I didn’t feel rushed, I was offered a double shampoo, it was incredibly affordable. Could not recommend higher.

I consider myself a picky person in manicure/pedicure services and I loved this place and the technician who attended me. It was my first time but I will definitely be back! Good quality of service/price.

It was a great experience in this salon, Behnaz is super friendly, I am so glad with the color that was natural and exactly what I wanted. Also the hair cut was nice and professional.

This was my second haircut at this salon. Be did a fantastic job on my hair cut! It looks very glam. Everyone is so nice here and booking through Treatwell made it a real bargin. Will definitely come again!

I loved this salon and would always get my lash lifts done there. They have a loyalty card which clearly states 'Get 5 treatments - Recieve 1 FREE!'. When I had one circle left, the staff member said your next one is free. When I went the next time she said 'oh no it's not for any treatment, it's a free blow dry or nails, come in next time and we can do that for you'. After a couple of weeks I called to book a nail appointment and she said 'oh no we're not doing that anymore, it's 10% off your next treatment'. I cannot stand being lied to so sadly I won't be returning.

I had a balayage done with Mena, she was very professional and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend as the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the outcome!

I had the turkish bath experience today with Dina and it was such a fantastic treat! The facilities are excellent. II was not expecting to see such an amazing and calming space. Dina was an amazing therapist, she explained the process and really helped me relax and enjoy the entire session. I will definetely visit again!

Lovely salon, great customer service, saved my hair after a highlighting accident and the result was gorgeous! Thank you to Mena and the whole team.

Went in for the hammam bath and was very nice. Ladies were very friendly and the atmosphere in the basement makes you feel like you're in another world. Steam room and the scrub itself was really enjoyable. Will definitely be returning as found the whole thing very relaxing. So relaxing that I fell asleep on the table and needed to be nudged awake

I am so happy with my hair after getting a cut and balayage from Behnae. The colour is beautiful and very natural. Also it's a good price for the quality of the balayage! Also my hair feels so healthy and smooth even a week after. Thanks so much!

Amazing services,professional and friendly staff,highly recommended

I had a balayage done here a few months ago and they did an absolutely amazing job; however I came back a few weeks ago to refresh it and specifically said I wanted the same thing again, but this time they gave me streaky and super thick highlights and they are not all the same colour! I contacted the salon after to explain that I wasn’t happy about it and after telling me that it looks fine to them they stopped answering me, without offering to fix it, so not impressed with the customer service either. I ll have to spend more money to try to fix this disaster, my hair are completely burned and had to dye them dark which is not what I wanted.

I had an amazing hammam service followed with hair colour and balayage. Very clean and friendly staff ,made me relax and enjoyable time🥰
