Today my daughter took me to Gisoo salon to get Hammam treatment as Mother’s Day present. . It was the best Mother’s Day present she could get me as my skin needed a good scrub. Not only I got that I got full treatment of all over body scrub, wash and massage. Danny even washed and conditioned my hair. I enjoyed it very much. The staff in Gisoo salon very very welcoming and friendly. Danny who did my treatment and my daughter’s treatment was so good that my skin feels like silk. She was very friendly but professional. I definitely will make this treatment my every month treatment. Thank you Danny and Fariba. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌸

I walked out of the Salon because it was filthy! I bought this voucher as part of my friends 40th birthday present. We were going to the Shard for dinner that evening so thought that it would be nice to have some pampering during the day. We travelled all the way from Edinburgh and unfortunately our train was a little delayed so we were 15 minutes late. I phoned the salon to make them aware that we would be late so would not be expecting to get our full 90 minutes. When we arrived , we were rushed downstairs and told to get changed. There was nowhere to change so I went into the toilet which was disgustingly dirty. I lifted the toilet seat and ended up with urine on my hands. To make matters worse, there was no toilet roll or hand wash or paper towels so I could not clean my hands. It was absolutely disgusting! When i pointed out that it was dirty, the girl just got some tissue and wiped the seat, and she did not even use cleaning materials. There was nowhere for us to hung our clothes and there were no lockers that worked where we could secure our belongings. It was just really filthy so after the experience with urine on my hands, we thought it best to leave. This is meant to be a hammam where we would get scrubbed down with salt and soapy lather yet even the shower was filthy. Taking Covid and the increased focus on hygiene into consideration, we really did not want to put ourselves at risk so explained to the manager that we were unhappy but she really just didn’t care and in fact told us that since they were busy, they just hadn’t had time to clean between clients. I pointed out that I was surprised by this as we were 15 minutes late. The manager/ owner was very aggressive and did not even bother to apologise so we left. I was extremely unhappy with our experience so wrote to the owner to request a refund. Rather than apologise, I was sent the following email: “I looked into this matter and spoke to the lady in charge of cleaning and preparing the hammam, I was going to fire her but she put her hand on her heart and said: swear to Allah, I did clean the Hammam properly. I understand that you are also a Muslim lady, are you sure that the hammam was not clean? I don’t mind if you leave a bad review, that is between you and your God, I just want the truth.” I am shocked! What has religion got to do with this? Why am I being made to feel guilty because she is considering sacking her member of staff? I haven’t asked her to do this, surely a simple chat or some training would be sufficient but that has obviously got nothing to do with me. Her staff can verify that I got urine on my hands because she saw it and then rushed around to get me some cleaning stuff. This lady obviously just doesn’t want to give me a refund. I definitely would not recommend this place not just because it was filthy but also because of the customer service that we received. I wish I had read some more reviews before I booked - Avoid at all costs!!

I went a hammam treatment and I will definitely go again! It’s fantastic value - owner and staff are just fabulous!

Once again, amazing service and a job really well done! I am so particular about my hair and won't let just anyone touch it as I find they either normally thin it out or stunt the growth in some way. However, the stylists here do such a phenomenal job which always has me coming back! really recommend it!

I just visited the Turkish hamam after just beating a horrible flu and it brought me back to life again. Such an excellent service, beautiful and very clean! feels very authentic. Can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Thank you very much gisoo!

I had a deep facial cleansing and it was excelente and very happy I can feel and see a huge difference in my sling, it looks much betterHighly recommended.

Ive had a lovely experience at gisoo salon. Great customer service and a huge range of treatments. Would highly recommend. Best shellac manicure, pain free and great attention to detail. Hamman experience was very relaxing. A great way to unwind.

If you want professional hair colouring, avoid this place. There's no individual approach to clients wants and needs. Mena didn't bother to understand what results I want. The way how hair were coloured was different from the photo I showed. In the beginning I said I probably need balayage but as a professional hairdresser she should be able to tell and explain what is better for my hair to achieve results I want. She didn't bother, just put bleach in the standard way. In the end I got very weird mix of colours on my head not blending nicely.. And just far from I was showing.. Disappointed. Didn't worth money and time

Possibly the worst haircut I've gotten. -Zero atmosphere or hospitality -The lady cutting my hair didn't even ask me how I wanted my hair cut and simply started cutting my hair without any consultation -After speaking up and telling her how I like it she completely butchered my hair and simply cut anywhere -Half way through the haircut she asked me which way I part my hair after I had told her I don't part my hair I leave it messy on top -Didn't listen to anything I said about cutting my hair and completely ruined my trim -If you're a guy with semi long hair do not go here.

I went for the turkish bath,Oh my god from the moment I entered to the Gisoo salon I was very welcome. The lady who did my bath I think her name was Danny,She was very professional and friendly,she made me feel very relaxed.My bath was followed by an amazing Mint Tea,I cant say Thank you enough to the Gisoo Salon Team.Thank you and see you again soon for sure.
