From the first consultation, Filiz took the time to listen properly, explained everything and answered every question without ever making me feel rushed. The care and attention to detail throughout were outstanding, everything was handled gently and thoroughly. That kind of calm, reassuring approach makes a real difference when you're anxious about a procedure. The hospital itself was clean, well organised and welcoming, and the reception staff were really friendly. Thanks to Filiz and the whole team at Tower Bridge Hospital. I would recommend them without hesitation.

FilizPabau CarlPabau Filiz has always put me at ease from the first appointment up until my most recent one (4th session). She’s very good at keeping you distracted by small talk and you barely feel the needle going in over and over again. I would definitely recommend Tower Bridge hospital if you are thinking about prp post hair transplant or for stimulating hair growth. The other person at reception (don’t know his name) also always very friendly and managed to fit me in same day after several underground lines had issues and I messaged them in advance I couldn’t make it to my appointment in the morning.

She's lovely and easy to talk to, and I always felt comfortable during my appointments. She takes the time to listen and explain everything properly, which I really appreciated. My skin has improved alot since I started seeing her, and I’m very grateful for all her help. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist
