Filiz has always put me at ease from the first appointment up until my most recent one (4th session). She’s very good at keeping you distracted by small talk and you barely feel the needle going in over and over again. I would definitely recommend Tower Bridge hospital if you are thinking about prp post hair transplant or for stimulating hair growth. The other person at reception (don’t know his name) also always very friendly and managed to fit me in same day after several underground lines had issues and I messaged them in advance I couldn’t make it to my appointment in the morning.
