From the first consultation, Filiz took the time to listen properly, explained everything and answered every question without ever making me feel rushed. The care and attention to detail throughout were outstanding, everything was handled gently and thoroughly. That kind of calm, reassuring approach makes a real difference when you're anxious about a procedure. The hospital itself was clean, well organised and welcoming, and the reception staff were really friendly. Thanks to Filiz and the whole team at Tower Bridge Hospital. I would recommend them without hesitation.
