Excellent pedi- thank you!

What a disappointment when you book a hammam package and the steamer is not working. Worse possibly is when you are taken for a fool and the manager pretends this is how it should be since people slept previously because of too much steam... In my case, there was none. I wasn't even sweating. They finally admitted the engineer wasn't able to repair the steamer. Why not suspending the treatment until you can provide full service? Why bluntly lying to your customers about the steamer being adjusted to a more reasonable temperature? Don't you think your clients deserve better than that? It is a shame because the treatment and therapist are good but there is a limit to making a fool of your clients.

Mena gave me a cut and colour on Thursday morning. By Saturday afternoon I was engaged.

My firend book a Hemam for my birthday it was brilliant highly recommend. Lovely staff surprise me with cake :)) so even more special. I did my hair as well. Really happy with cut and colour.

My experience was as authentic as it is in Turkey. This hidden gem attached to their hairdressers upstairs. As you go down the stairs your met with a beautiful relaxing seating area. When I saw the beautifully marbled Steam room I was very happy, again authentic that you could never believe your in Chiswick once you enter & close the door. Its clean throughout and well designed along with the massage room also with Marble surround & massage table. The Lovely lady who looks after you is very experienced, and did not disappoint especially when I had my soapy massage getting out all by knots in my creaky body.(you can request the pressure of your massage). I would definitely recommend this place if you want time for yourself, with a partner or friends. The owner also a very lovely lady who took time to have a chat with me downstairs as I was relaxing drinking a free Turkish Tea even sharing dinner as I was the last customer. Thank you x see you soon I hope when I get back from Turkey 😊

This is the most professional salon I’ve ever been to! I always come back here because they are excellent at doing hair! I’ve also recently gotten a facial by Dr Sara which was so effective in tightening my skin and giving me the best glow I’ve ever received from a facial, it puts the hydrafacial to shame! That’s how much more effective the preime derma facial is! And I also got filler injections by Dr Massoumi, came back for my review and it was so well done and natural that no top-up was needed! I’m so impressed and happy with my results, I think this is the best salon and clinic in London!!😍😍😍

The most professional experience I’ve ever had in a clinic. Dr Massoumi’s knowledge in aesthetics is astoundingly above every doctor I’ve ever met, and so is his ability to improve my facial features and skin better than what I initially expected!

Behnaz has been colouring and styling my hair consistently for a while now. Her colour recommendations and work are excellent. She always leaves my hair looking amazing and seeing her each time for my appointment is a real treat. A wonderful woman too! Thank you so much Behnaz.

I am incredibly happy with my results! I felt no pain when I got the cheek filler injections, it looks so natural as well and was done so quickly! Also this is the first time I’ve never had any bruising! When I’ve been to other injectors I felt a lot of pain and had bruising for weeks, and I was never truly 100% satisfied with my results either. But with Dr Massoumi, it’s totally different. He examined my facial structure and my skin quality and knew exactly what to do. I feel much more confident and will definitely be back to have more treatments done. There is absolutely no one like Dr Massoumi in the UK!
