As you go down the stairs your met with a beautiful relaxing seating area. When I saw the beautifully marbled Steam room I was very happy, again authentic that you could never believe your in Chiswick once you enter & close the door. Its clean throughout and well designed along with the massage room also with Marble surround & massage table. The Lovely lady who looks after you is very experienced, and did not disappoint especially when I had my soapy massage getting out all by knots in my creaky body.(you can request the pressure of your massage). I would definitely recommend this place if you want time for yourself, with a partner or friends. The owner also a very lovely lady who took time to have a chat with me downstairs as I was relaxing drinking a free Turkish Tea even sharing dinner as I was the last customer.
