I had my first of the three session of POTENZA treatment and I'm really happy for the results! The doctor was amazing! Very good service from the staff and I can tell you that I am a person with a lot of allergies and I was a bit afraid to do , but all was just perfect and I'm looking forward for the next one! I would like to thank the doctor and all his team!

My friend and I had booked the 2hr long pampering package, which includes Hammam, exfoliate, body mask and massage. All I can say is wow we both felt so much more fresher, relaxed yet invigorated. Zee a beautiful lady, as well as being intelligent and articulate, she takes pride in her career as a masseuse, Zee knows her stuff and boy did she take away the pain and stresses. A lovely setting, Moroccan vibes and a great Hammam. A great find in not so central London. Will be booking again.

I recently started my journey to address my acne scars with a Potenza treatment followed by plasma therapy, under the care of Dr. Sara. Even though it was my first session, the professionalism and warmth from Dr. Sara was outstanding. She set realistic expectations and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Understanding that results will unfold over several sessions, I'm already impressed with the care and expertise provided. Dr. Sara's approach combines advanced treatments with a genuine concern for her patients. I'm optimistic about the future results and grateful for Dr. Sara's valuable advice. In one session with her I learned more than I had from many hours of research online. I wish I had gone to her sooner. I highly recommend her services to anyone especially if you are unsure which treatment is best for you.

I visited Gisoo today and Matteo the senior stylist did my hair. I feel so sexy & confident because of him. He has over 20 years of experience but honestly the way he looked after my hair no other hair stylslist has before. If you need your hair done girlies, he's definitely your go to guy!!! I went for a hamman as a treat. I tried many hamman’s in turkey and Morocco before. So wanted to experience one in London…and I was not let down. Zee the lady who took care of me was fantastic and you can tell she genuinely invested in her work…. She exudes, caring nature! I felt revitalised after and my skin was so soft. I will definitely be returning and come with friends. I had complementary blow dry after so I didn’t have to leave with wet hair. The hamman was spotlessly clean and well worth it on Saturday afternoon as the special self care session. Little did I know it was there in Chiswick all along and I lived in the area for 8 years.

The team is very friendly and accommodating. The clinic was very clean, and the PRP treatment's process was explained to me by the Dr she answered all my questions patiently and was very nice. it all went very smoothly. I am now eagerly waiting and excited to see results.

this place is actually more inconvenient for me and they are quite busy which means you sometimes have to book in advance. all of which is totally WORTH IT. because their manicures and pedicures are sooooo long relaxing and the results last so long. the decor is just ok (there are way fancier places in the neighborhood) but the quality of service is really head and shoulders above the other local places. and the staff are very sweet as well. have come a few times and plan to come back!

The lady hairdresser (I think was Kariba her name) is just my hero 🫶🏽 After cutting my hair by myself (big mistake) she just fixed the disaster in half an hour !! Thank you so much again 💋🌟 Recommended 100% !!
