At first I had some issues in regards to my booking but then the guy ( I thin his name is munaru, apologies if I have Miss spelt it) who done my friend and I hammam massage took over and dealt with the situation professionally and swiftly as possible. The experience was 10/10 he was great, funny and kind. Thank you so much for the hammam experience. Will defiantly come again and recommend. I have given it a 4 star due to the altercation I had with the two ladies at the front desk.

Impossible to book through Groupon. They treat bookings coming from Groupon differently due to the commission they lose, and prioritise direct bookings. Terrible manners on the phone, and constant lying about the availability as soon as they realised we had a Groupon voucher. Just go somewhere else, you'll be much better off.

Extremely bad customer service and very unhelpful. Bought a ticket for Turkish hammam through Groupon but they differentciated between their own customers and Groupon which I found really unfair. Would never go to them

Staff has no people skills, they were unwelcoming and dismissive. The treatment would have been wonderful had it not been for the rudeness of the staff.

A group of 8 of us went to Pampering Palace for my mums birthday and i could honestly say we had the most amazing and fun time here. Its just amazing you would not believe the treatments and how wonderful the experience was i would recommend it to anyone, to couples, friends literally anyone. Fantastic price, wonderful staff and owner is a wonderful lady. Very relaxing and a must for everyone to go and it suits all ages, in our group we had girl from age of 14-80s and it suited all age groups. GO GO GO DO NOT MISS OUT. Terrible experience with mitra, she was colouring 4 people's hair at once which meant she left everyone's colour on too long. I complained she had got it on my scalp and it was burning after an hour but she told me I was wrong?! The girl who eventually washed it off poured boiling water on my head followed immediately by freezing water! She also didn't even vaguely listen to what I wanted and just insisted I had yellow and copper tones in my hair that she needed to get out with bleach. This is not the colour I asked for at all and my hair is now in awful condition after having bleach on for an hour and a half. Awful woman with zero hairdressing or people skills. Please please avoid

Went for Turkish hamam 60mins. People are lovely here the bath itself is nice and big, very small changing room dirty rugs in floor take slippers! However the bath it self is nice big warm and the big fella downstairs knows how to soap a body and massage you very good but hygiene is average so take slippers and your own towel. If hygiene was better would give 4 stars but they need to make it cleaner. I the towel inside the hammam I laid on was alresdy wet and used by someone else etc. However if they jist improve changing area and sofa you sit on its nice. The shower in hammam is very nice. Overall worth it. Just more cleanliness please!

Awful customer seervice. I had booked in for valentines day and when i called they tried to convince me they told me there was no availabilities, even though I have the confirmation email for the booking. Total irresponsible management

After ordering my groupon for a 90 minute pampering session I phoned in advanced to organise my booking time. And the lady who took my call was very unwelcoming and rude. As I was a "man" they didn't have space for a booking until over a week later, but plenty of space for woman and couples. I felt the way it was handled was very unprofessional and sexist! Cancelled and processed a refund straight away.

I went there for my hen night and wedding makeup and bath. Turkish bath was excellent, but bridal makeup was terrible, especially that i requested Arabic style. They had so much delay, and the makeup artist didnt know what she was doing. Have a horrible memory every time i look at my wedding photos. Dont reccomend for bridal at all!

Me and my partner went to their new Turkish Hammam. It was amazing. Lovely relaxing surroundings, attentive and knowledgable staff and came away feeling amazing. Highly recommended.

I booked a haircut and conditioning treatment here with Wahanda. The lady was very nice- she could see I didn't want to chat and just got on with it. A great haircut and she very kindly blow-dried my hair at the end (though that wasn't included in the package) as it was so cold outside. I will be going back to her for my next cut!

Honestly, don't know why some people would rate it any lower than 5 starts! this place is great, been going there for about a year now, the staff are friendly and professional. the best manicure and facials I've ever had in London.
