Honestly, don't know why some people would rate it any lower than 5 starts! this place is great, been going there for about a year now, the staff are friendly and professional. the best manicure and facials I've ever had in London.

I had manicure & pedicure done here on a voucher. She did an excellent job on my nails and toes and was probably the most professional mani/pedi I've had done in London (for some reason, finding someone to do this well for me in London has been a challenge) - can't comment on hair, but definately good for getting your nails done
