Terrible experience with mitra, she was colouring 4 people's hair at once which meant she left everyone's colour on too long. I complained she had got it on my scalp and it was burning after an hour but she told me I was wrong?! The girl who eventually washed it off poured boiling water on my head followed immediately by freezing water! She also didn't even vaguely listen to what I wanted and just insisted I had yellow and copper tones in my hair that she needed to get out with bleach. This is not the colour I asked for at all and my hair is now in awful condition after having bleach on for an hour and a half. Awful woman with zero hairdressing or people skills. Please please avoid
