I recently started my journey to address my acne scars with a Potenza treatment followed by plasma therapy, under the care of Dr. Sara. Even though it was my first session, the professionalism and warmth from Dr. Sara was outstanding. She set realistic expectations and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Understanding that results will unfold over several sessions, I'm already impressed with the care and expertise provided.
