The doctors are great but the place is an absolute circus. The reception team make the whole experience insanely stressful. It’s not once or twice but every single time. They told me they don’t do health checks (I’ve had one before there) then I confirmed they do, they told me not to fast 6 times (spoiler alert, I did need to fast) the gave me the wrong information, they forgot to add the discount they were meant to apply, they got the times wrong, they couldn’t give me clear answers or details for my treatment despite me asking 4 times, they cancelled my appt last minute and rebooked me, then on the day they took a payment from me of £450 THEN told me my doctor isn’t even there he’s in Turkey. This place would be a hilarious joke if it wasn’t so frustrating. Like even NHS reception have a better comprehension of the services and communication than this place. It’s a shame because the doctors are great but the front desk team truly make it such a nightmare that I avoid going here as much as possible. People have had issues with them for over a year but for some reason they refuse to fix the problem. It’s so disappointing, would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

I am an Australian visiting London. I needed to see a doctor urgently because I had a lot of pain. The clinic was local to us (my partner and I) so we tried it. They were friendly efficient and very supportive checking up on me to see if I was ok. I ended up in hospital had surgery for a fractured hip. They did all my follow up consultations. I never felt rushed they gave me time and made suggestions about follow up services, I needed a Physio. They also helped by righting letters to our insurance to let them know what was going on. This was extremely helpful. I have recommended them to my son who lives in Whitechapel. Thank you to all the staff who made a stressful situation so much better.

Rafael is a fantastic hairdresser. I Had the best cut and style yesterday. I had been fiddling and snipping my hair so he had a bit of a mess to contend with!! He is also a very nice guy. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I recently completed my 4th out of 6- platelet r plasma package for both face and hair, and the results have truly exceeded my expectations. From the very first visit, the team made me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely reassured about the process. Filiz has consistently done my treatments and her service has been outstanding, professional, attentive, and she is genuinely caring. Every step of the treatment she explained thoroughly, and I felt in the best hands throughout. The clinic itself is immaculate, calming, and has a real atmosphere of trust and wellbeing. As for the results, simply amazing! My skin looks brighter, smoother, with a natural glow that I hadn’t seen in years. My hair feels healthier, thicker, and fuller, with new growth at the crown and temples that has given me such a confidence boost. Friends and family have noticed the difference, and I feel fantastic.

Terrible service. 2 appointments cancelled last minute each time for my wife. First Gynaecology appointment due to the ultrasound machine being under maintenance. Then a cardiology appointment with ECG and Echocardiogram which is very important cancelled the day before due to apparently the cardiologist being on annual leave. And only if i paid double the amount another cardiologist would see my wife. Very unprofessional and lack of organisation from this clinic. The person who called me kept speaking about how their prices are changing and was being updated. She also mentioned the echocardiogram is not included which it clearly states it does on my booking. She tried to tell me I would need to pay £300 instead as an emergency cardiologist would need to see my wife even though I had a booking. Seems that the price was the main reason to cancel. You would think a patients care would be the first priority.

This is a very good clinic clean, modern, and well-maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, and the receptionist was very helpful, thank you for that. I’ve been getting PRP (originally for my hairline) for about 4 months, I found them via Groupon and have since continued getting and my treatments done here including PRP facial treatments. My experience has been excellent. The procedure is relatively painless, the clinic is always clean and has a calming atmosphere, appointments are readily available, especially on a Sunday which is best for my schedule. Filiz, who performs my PRP, is nothing short of outstanding - she took time to explain each procedure and gave me a set of comprehensive aftercare instructions after the 1st visit. Her gentle touch, calming demeanour and warm smile makes every session a pleasure. She’s a true asset to My Health and Wellbeing Clinic and one of the main reasons I continue to come back. I have recommended this clinic to other people who have been equally impressed by Filiz's knowledge and professionalism. I ended up catching Covid and was very sick. My GP didn’t have any appointments so I contacted this place and arranged an appointment the same day. I had my initial consultation with Dr Haydar Bolat who was great. There was two lovely nurses who took great care of me. They gave me some IV fluids and antibiotics and I was feeling much better. I want to say Filiz was exceptional, and administered the fluids effortlessly with no pain. Thank you so much.

Staff are good in general just the hijabi sister at the desk very rude start laughing in pepole face when asked she is telling me she s laughing with the dr that was in queue behind me thinking pepole are stupid, never again.
