Rated 1 out of 5GoogleTerrible service. 2 appointments cancelled last minute each time for my wife. First Gynaecology appointment due to the ultrasound machine being under maintenance. Then a cardiology appointment with ECG and Echocardiogram which is very important cancelled the day before due to apparently the cardiologist being on annual leave. And only if i paid double the amount another cardiologist would see my wife. Very unprofessional and lack of organisation from this clinic. The person who called me kept speaking about how their prices are changing and was being updated. She also mentioned the echocardiogram is not included which it clearly states it does on my booking. She tried to tell me I would need to pay £300 instead as an emergency cardiologist would need to see my wife even though I had a booking. Seems that the price was the main reason to cancel. You would think a patients care would be the first priority.
