I highly recommend Hair PRP sessions! Filiz does my PRP treatments, and she is absolutely lovely and welcoming. She instantly puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. I do find the actual application a bit painful, but Filiz does her absolute best to distract me and keep me comfortable throughout the process. Most importantly, the results are worth it—I’ve noticed overall improvement with new hair growth after experiencing a lot of postpartum hair loss. Thank you, Filiz!

I’ve been regularly booking PRP sessions with Gamze, completing 7 for hair and 3 for the face so far, and I plan to keep coming back. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and the new AI phone booking system makes scheduling easy. Gamze is very professional when drawing blood and carrying out the treatment, and she helps you feel comfortable throughout the sessions. Highly recommended.

First they say on previous appointment your session is left when i goes there they take my blood after that they say you have too pay for this now after that they offer cofee and the lady make it with water.

I had a great experience at the clinic today. I’m quite scared of needles and had never been to a doctor alone before, so I was very nervous going in. However, the staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They made sure a staff member stayed with me the entire time, and I felt really well looked after. Dr. Haydar was absolutely amazing and very reassuring, I’m really grateful for the treatment I received today and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Awful first impression. My mum went in to enquire with the receptionist about a consultant, only to be met with a very condescending comment along the lines of, “You do know this place is private, right?” This was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. This is not what you call healthcare.

I had a minor surgical procedure done at this clinic recently and honestly, the whole experience was much better than I expected. The surgeon was very professional and clearly experienced. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, and I felt in safe hands the entire time. They talked me through each step, which I really appreciated. Afterwards, I was given clear aftercare advice and didn’t feel rushed out. Healing has been smooth so far with no issues. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely come back here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a minor surgical procedure.

Centre needs to deal with their unprofessional nurse, who attempted to use used needle with blood on it. I am not sure if that was her intention for spreading viruses. She was also very rude!!!!
