Started well but let down by poor service and missing tests I visited My Wellbeing Clinic in Whitechapel for a Well Women full blood test package. The initial experience was positive — the service was quick, the receptionist was friendly, and the doctor was approachable and professional. However, things quickly went downhill. When I received my results, I noticed that several tests were missing, including Vitamin D, B12 and others that should have been included in the full package I paid for. When I raised this with the female doctor over the phone, she confirmed that the full tests had not been carried out — which was deeply disappointing given the cost involved. I submitted a formal complaint and, shortly after, received what appeared to be additional results via WhatsApp. However, I have serious concerns about the authenticity of those results, as I had no way of verifying whether they were genuine or simply sent to pacify me. I was then asked to attend the clinic again, only to be told by another doctor that the missing tests were still not completed. He assured me that the manager would investigate and contact me by Monday. No one has been in touch. I paid nearly £500 for the blood tests and an additional £140 for the consultation — a total of approximately £640+ — and I have not received what I paid for. This is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to verify that all tests have been completed before leaving the clinic and to request a full breakdown of what is included before paying.
