My partner and I went for a 90-minute Hammam massage. We loved the service and left feeling very satisfied and relaxed, like new. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We were attended to promptly, and the service was professional. The man who gave us the massage treated us very well at all times, and his manner was quite professional. We highly recommend the massage and the experience. One thing to note is that the couples massage isn't done simultaneously; one person has to wait in the thermal bath while the other receives their massage, and vice versa. The place is peaceful and very welcoming.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a long time as they always do a great job on my hair. Ive also tried the morrocon bath which was an amazing experiance. would definietely recomment.

I recently went for highlights with Mena , this was the best colour result I’ve had in years , the hair colourist knew exactly what I wanted, Scandinavian blonde also the service was friendly and very COVID safe

I love Gisso Hair & Beauty Salon. First of all I would like to say thank you to Fariba and Mahnaz - exceptional customer service and care. Really friendly yet very professional. I first started with 90 min Hammam, included full body massage. My masseuse was very professional, friendly and chatty & made me feel so relaxed. And then, What an amazing experience to have my brows looked after by Mahnaz, not only was she able to fix the mess I had going on but she has also been super nice, helpful and extremely talented. Exactly what I needed, someone that I could trust to look after my brows without having to worry what the outcome could be. She was meticulous and took the time to re-shape my brows until they were perfect... The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The facilities are kept very well with a tidy environment.

I have been to to the Turkish Hamam here a number of the times in the past, and have recently been again. I absolutely adore the staff, they are so friendly, welcoming and professional. The hamam is always kept in impeccable order. I have visited other spa-like places and none of them compare in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff were also taking precautions due to covid-19 which I greatly appreciated. I have referred friends who have all had the same experience as I have. Please keep up the good work ladies, amazing stuff!

So I went there with my husband for a maroccan bath. The lady was nice and that is that one star for. However, the place is dirty (dust everywhere), the shower head was broken, there was no shampoo. Also, in regards to the actual bath, there was only one lady doing the scrub and the massage, so we had to wait our turn, got cold etc. Not a great experience. Suggestions: get more organised clean and repair the place and employ more people so that couples can enjoy the scrub and the foam massage at the same time. Also, a bit of music goes a long way. Just, you know, better servicing the clients. Will never come back.

This was better than turkey. Very good experience and fantastic price with Groupon. We sat in a sauna room for about 20 minutes after being rubbed over with a skin softener. Then have a body scrub by Zed the lady masseuse. She is fierce with her rubbing but it's great. Then the soapy later massage. She kneads in areas that you didn’t think needed it and it was fantastic. felt so relax and our skin was so soft. Zed chatted all the way through so we had some great conversation. Had recently booked an emergency lash lift at Gisoo Hair and Beauty Salon, and while there was a bit of miscommunication about the service, the staff was very professional, attentive and made sure I was happy. They offered me a second treatment after the first one didn't quite work for me and were very friendly and made sure I am satisfied with the final result. My eyelashes look gorgeous and I cannot thank them enough! Thank you! Definitely would recommend!

Worst hairdresser experience ever. I went to this salon to refresh my hair color. The lady (Mythra) who calls herself the manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. She applied the color on my hair and left the salon to go to sleep before finishing her work on my hair!!!! So she didn't check the color before washing. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. At the end, the color of my hair was different from what I asked.

After much online research and reading the other reviews here, I thought I'd give Fabi and the Pampering Palace a try. Wow, am I glad I did! I got a same-day appointment and was very impressed from the moment I talked with Fabi on the phone to her amiable 'thank you so much' as I left. Not only was she extremely personable and friendly, it's clear that she exemplifies complete professionalism and exhibits a deep passion for what she does. Fabi couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Her salon is very clean, nicely appointed and is conveniently located in the heart of Chiswick. Fabi's warm personality and care for the client was a joy. Hard to find such wonderful customer service these days. I can't recommend her enough and I'll definitely be back on Sunday for my hair treatments! Thanks Fabi for your great great job and kindness. Beatrice

The worst haircut I've ever had. I booked my haircut via Treatwell, came for my appointment on time, but was kept waiting as 2 women working in the place were styling their hair! The hairdresser completely butchered my hair and what was supposed to be a simple trim, became a complete disaster. Now I need to go to a proper hairdresser to fix my hair. I am very disappointed and will never be back. If you want a proper haircut, go somewhere else!

Great place to visit. Staff were very professional, friendly and experienced. Amazing atmosphere...well worth your money. I will definitely recommend this place as one of the best in london. 5 stars.
