SorayaPabau The team is quite responsive, a shame that I had to wait 30 mins at the waiting room. Despite this, I received a good service (tea, biscuits) the employees listen to my concerns and where very accomodating. I would have prefered a more detailed explanation of the treatment. I have appreciated that the doctor was honest with me about the treatment and didn't push me to buy it instead he told me to wait for another treatment coming in 3 months that would suit my needs better. Many doctors try to push you to buy now whatever treatment they propose. Therefore, that was appreciated. I would definitely trust them if I decide to go for the treatment :)

The doctor asked what I understood about the treatment explained and there was no pressure to to go ahead. However I did have the treatment and it was not too uncomfortable. I am looking forward to see the effects on my thinning hair. I can recommend this company.
