Very pleasant staff who made sure I had refreshments on arrival and after my appointment . The doctor asked what I understood about the treatment explained and there was no pressure to to go ahead. However I did have the treatment and it was not too uncomfortable. I am looking forward to see the effects on my thinning hair. I can recommend this company.
