I booked a pediatric physiotherapy assessment appointment for my 12-month-old son. The appointment was initially scheduled for Saturday, 19 April 2025 at 6:30 PM but was cancelled by the clinic on the same day, just a few hours before the scheduled time. This last-minute cancellation was highly inconvenient and disappointing. On arrival for the rescheduled appointment, I found the reception staff to be unwelcoming and unprofessional. I was unexpectedly asked to provide ID for both myself and my son. While I was able to produce my own ID, I had not brought identification for my baby as this requirement had not been communicated to me in advance. The staff reluctantly accepted his red book as proof of identity, but the lack of clear communication on this matter caused unnecessary stress. Furthermore, the physiotherapist was 25 minutes late, and we were not seen until approximately 4:55 PM. No apology or explanation was offered for the delay. When we were finally seen, the physiotherapist did not introduce himself or provide his name at any point during the session, which I found to be very unprofessional and concerning given the nature of the appointment. The assessment environment was wholly inappropriate for a baby. There was no safe or designated area for a pediatric assessment, and my baby was examined on a standard patient chair, which I believe was unsafe and not suitable for a child of his age. The quality of the assessment itself also raised significant concerns. Initially, the physiotherapist commented that my baby had weak lower back muscles and slow reflexes, suggesting developmental concerns. However, by the end of the appointment, he contradicted himself and concluded that there were no issues and that I should simply spend time with him at home. The entire session lasted only 25 minutes (it should have been 45 minutes), and it was apparent that the assessor lacked specialist experience in pediatric physiotherapy. Given the unacceptable service for a private fee paying medical practice, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and overall inadequacy of the assessment provided, I do not believe the fee was justified. I hope this matter will be taken seriously.

If you’re looking for a great place for PRP hair treatment in London, I’d Highly recommend My health and wellbeing clinic.. It’s located in east London lad gate , and they’re excellent when it comes to PRP. I’ve either had a personal experience or know people who’ve gone there, and the feedback is always positive. She really { Filiz } really knows what she’s doing, and she use advanced technology to get the best results. She very friendly with great communication What’s great is that she create a treatment plan based on your specific hair issues, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.hope the results will be good and can’t wait to my second PRP treatment with her.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic and I believe the reviews on Google are not genuine as on other websites this clinic has bad reviews. Anyway, I booked a full health check-up which was done very quickly and I did not get the results for all the test I did. A doctor (not sure if he is a doctor) called me saying that everything was fine without exploring any details but he advised me to lose weight (3/4 kg) as my cholesterol is a bit high 😅 He has never seen me and he does not know how I look, so he does not not that I am training 3/4 times a week and I have built muscles. I am 1.68 and I weight 60/61kg. I advised these kind of doctors to be careful with the words they use. Also I spent my money to get specific tests which they did not do or I did not get the results. My advice is choosing another clinic where you can be supported better than this.

I’ve been getting PRP for my hair for about three months now, and the experience has been excellent. The procedure is painless, the clinic is always clean, and appointments are readily available. Filiz, who performs my PRP, is outstanding - her gentle touch makes every session comfortable. She’s a true asset to My Health and Wellbeing Clinic and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

I had my first appointment. Filiz made me feel comfortable and gave me a stress ball to hold. With numbing cream it wasn’t too painful. Good experience, would recommend.

I cannot speak more highly of this experience. From questions answered prior to the appointment, to the nurses themselves who performed the tests, to the doctor that discussed the results, all were VERY professional. Yes, with regards some of these tests you can get them done on the NHS. But what was invaluable was getting them all done at once, a task that is almost impossible under the NHS (as they tend to provide selective or restricted tests). And underpinning all of this was the invaluable info from Dr Haydar Bolat. It is difficult for me to assess all the facts and figures associated with test results. I’m no medic. However Dr Bolat translated the results for me in an unhurried whole-body way. This was excellent! I can now make necessary changes myself, or have a better conversation with my own doctor.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was not notified about my appointment, which caused inconvenience. Attention to such details is crucial, especially in healthcare. I hope they improve their communication.

Bringing our baby in for treatment can be stressful, but the team was so gentle and caring, putting both us and our little one at ease. The receptionist was absolutely helpful, she took care of my paperwork in no time and she was very friendly. The nurses that took care of my different tests were also very nice, empathetic and professional. The clinic is also in a very good shape and seems to be very clean. It wasn’t very busy at 10 in the morning which was appreciated as well.
