Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn ervaring bij Puur Kliniek. Vanaf het eerste moment kreeg ik een duidelijke en professionele uitleg over de behandeling, wat meteen veel vertrouwen gaf. Het team nam de tijd om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden en stelde me volledig op mijn gemak. De behandeling zelf verliep vlot en zorgvuldig, en het resultaat is precies zoals ik had gehoopt. Ik kan Puur Kliniek dan ook van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar kwalitatieve zorg en deskundige begeleiding!

Voor de laserontharing heb ik al enkele behandelingen achter de rug. Kathleen heeft mij iedere keer met open armen ontvangen. Ze past de sterktes van de laser zo goed mogelijk aan om het beste effect te creëren. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kan alleen maar PUUR kliniek aanraden!

– Disappointing experience It is a pity, because I had really hoped for a positive experience. I went for a consultation hoping to finally do something about my under-eyes, but I didn't really feel heard or reassured. The lady at the reception desk, however, deserves praise; she was super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the doctor herself was very distant. She made me wait with the door of her office open while she was still busy with other matters. That didn't give a sense of privacy or welcome; it felt more like I was just the next file, rather than someone coming with uncertainties she feels vulnerable about. (She did apologize for it later, but the moment had already set.) She examined my eyes, but before there was any real conversation about the possibilities, she started mainly emphasizing everything that could go wrong and that I needed to “think it over carefully,” as if I hadn't thought through my decision or was just acting impulsively. According to her, my skin was too thin and she didn't dare take the risk for fear of fluid retention. I understand the risks, of course, but that is precisely why people come to a clinic: because the skin there is thin, and there is volume loss and shadowing. That is the problem, not the reason to run away from it. It mainly gave me the impression that there is little experience with fillers under the eyes, which is a shame if you are specifically looking for someone who *does* dare to take the plunge. Instead of discussing what *was* possible, she looked up photos of someone who had a bad experience with fillers, which was mainly off-putting. Eventually, I was told that she would “discuss it with her colleague” and suggested a skin booster (multiple sessions, without any truly result-oriented advice). Moreover, her proposal offered no solution to the actual problem I came for: a skin booster does not fill the hollows under the eyes, and that was precisely the reason for my visit. I left with more doubt than when I arrived. For an intake, I would have liked to have had a concrete plan and a more positive feeling. After all, you come to a place like this with your insecurities, seeking help, not just to become ‘prettier,’ but because it is something you are genuinely struggling with. Unfortunately, this was not handled with any empathy. A small smile or a bit of warmth would have made a big difference. 65 euros down the drain, and a bad feeling on top of that.
