Heel fijne en sfeervolle kliniek waar je je direct op je gemak voelt . Voor de dokter zelf was geen vraag teveel . Alle mogelijkheden worden besproken en rustig uitgelegd.

Lost nearly €400 for water, excuses, and radio silence. My Botox treatment had absolutely no effect; everything is still 100% active after a month due to shameful underdosing. When I asked Dr. Wilssens by email to put himself in my place—how he would feel paying so much for nothing—he simply gave me the silent treatment. Unheard-of rudeness. His previous excuses about resistance or not matching his working method are, for a simple procedure like Botox, simply synonymous with shameful underdosing. His offer was a check-up; he made it clear beforehand that he would absolutely not inject any extras or reimburse anything. Dropping by for a chat without recovery has no added value whatsoever. If a treatment fails completely, this clinic washes its hands of you and refuses any decent contact or free solution. My previous doctor, in the event of a previous non-response after 6 weeks, did immediately offer a free follow-up treatment with excellent results. Dr. Wilssens lacks service and decency.

Vandaag had ik mijn eerste kennismaking met Puur Kliniek en wat was het een aangename ervaring. Ik voelde me meteen welkom en genoot van de hydrafacial. Ik kreeg veel uitleg en goede tips over hoe ik mijn gevoelige huid kan verzorgen en kreeg vervolgens staaltjes mee naar huis die ik zelf eens kan testen. Het was een uurtje pure ontspanning! Heel erg bedankt! Ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

De huidanalyse en Hydrafacia die ik bij Kathleen liet uitvoeren was een hele fijne ervaring. Ik kreeg heel veel uitleg over de verschillende aspecten van de huidanalyse en hoe ik gericht bepaalde probleemzones van mijn huid kon aanpakken. De Hydrafacial die ik naar aanleiding hiervan liet uitvoeren was een hele fijne ervaring. Deze was erg ontspannend en Kathleen nam alle tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Ik kon meteen ook een groot verschil zien na de behandeling en kom zeker nog eens terug!
