When I asked Dr. Wilssens by email to put himself in my place—how he would feel paying so much for nothing—he simply gave me the silent treatment. Unheard-of rudeness. His previous excuses about resistance or not matching his working method are, for a simple procedure like Botox, simply synonymous with shameful underdosing. His offer was a check-up; he made it clear beforehand that he would absolutely not inject any extras or reimburse anything. Dropping by for a chat without recovery has no added value whatsoever. If a treatment fails completely, this clinic washes its hands of you and refuses any decent contact or free solution. My previous doctor, in the event of a previous non-response after 6 weeks, did immediately offer a free follow-up treatment with excellent results. Dr. Wilssens lacks service and decency.
