Amazing experience

Extremely disappointing experience.I specifically warned the practitioners before my Botox treatment that I already had a dropping eyelid from previous Botox, and I was reassured that he would take care.Unfortunately,the results was the opposite:my eyelid become significantly more droopy and my eyebrows are now very uneven.i still struggle to see properly from one eye and feel so self-conscious that rarely leave the house without sunglasses!I went back for help ,but by then I had completely lost confidence in the treatment and asked for my money back !I was offered another procedure,which I declined.I m sharing my experiences because I would not want anyone existing eyelid problems to go through what I have experienced!Please make sure you thoroughly check a practitioner’s qualifications and experience before having Botox😞😞😞😩

I had a really nice and relaxed experience at Gisoo. I went there for Hammam spa. The lady that did my treatment was lovely. I went solo, however she was very welcoming and attentive whilst I was there. Left feeling fresh and just calm.

Very good massage. Danny noticed my shoulders were tight and spend more time on them. 100% can recommend :)

Amazing would recommend. I am floating around. Never realised how much dead skin I have even after exfoliating prior to arriving. I will definitely be a regular customer after this experience. 🤗

The stylist Omer was really warm and attentive.He listened to all my concerns and made sure I felt so assured and comfortable throughout.He did exactly as I requested.The saloon was spacious and clean and friendly team.Highly recommend the service.

Booked the 60-minute Turkish Hammam Spa Experience at the last minute to reduce stress levels. Hammam experience was on special offer. Left Gisoo feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Danny was welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Looking forward to sleeping well tonight.
