The lady with whom I booked the appointment booked it for the wrong month. When we showed up they had to squeeze us in between other appointments so that the hen do plan wasn't ruined. The appointment was for a total of 90 minutes treatments but we were done in 60 minutes. The ladies doing the treatment are very nice but were short of staff. Because of this my personal treatment was no longer than 10 minutes, the rest of it was me just laying in the steam room. The toilets, shower and locker facilities were poor and dirty. From the beginning the service wasn't very professional. They accidently took my towel to the wash and I had to wait for the manager to finish showering before I could retrieve it. She then showed up covered in a thin scarf only. When I asked for a discount for the unfortunate experience, I was told they did me a favour by squeezing us in. I would not recommend this place.
