Rated 1 out of 5GoogleDO NOT BOOK! The service is not fully given especially if you pay through Groupon! Then they lie and say full service was provided! I paid for this treatment for a gift to my partner as a COUPLES hamam. The service was not as it was described and a complete rip off for my money. We were 10 minutes late and she said she will cut off our time despite calling to inform them. The hamam supposed to be 90 minutes but they only gave us 50 minutes but this was also not together as a couple, So this was 50 minutes including the waiting for one another to finish and changing.They made one of us wait whilst the other had a scrub so really that 50 minutes was shared out for both of us and was not a 90 minutes each for a couple. There was no 3 in 1 face body scrub with foam massage or the mud clay or coffee mask as it states. In fact my hair and face was untouched. She even told my partner to stop using the hot water because there will not be enough water for my turn to shower! She gave us the scrub which was really nice and then only did the foam on our backs which lasted no longer than 10 minutes so it was not a full body foam massage. She kept asking if I have been to hamams before and I was thinking "yes to so many where I got the full treatment" when I asked why my partner has to wait whilst she finishes with me she said its because we didn't book directly through them and paid groupon, but I paid for a couples hammam. 1 lady running the show, she left us to do someone elses massage inbetween our treatment. Want my money back! Complete rip off.

You arrived 20 minutes late to your appointment, not 10 minutes, despite our clear policy that late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. We still did our best to accommodate you.<br>The couples hammam experience is shared time, not two separate 90-minute sessions.<br><br>Our service was delivered as described, including the traditional body scrub and foam massage. We cannot control misunderstandings about what the treatment entails. Our therapist was professional throughout and ensured you both received the core elements of the hammam experience, despite the lost time due to your late arrival.<br><br>We welcome all guests, whether they book directly or through a third-party platform, but timing and expectations must be managed fairly.
