I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I was quite disappointed with the service. I have booked 60min hammam. What I received was sitting on my own in a sauna for 20 min and 18 min of procedure (which included scrub, foam massage and wash of the soap). Therefore, I felt as this was falsly advertised as 60 minutes procedure. I did mention that I did not want legs and arms scrub and I asked if anything soft can be rubbed on my body instead, as I have sensitive skin and I was met with the answer no. I asked if I could have the foam massage for a bit longer instead and I was informed that the foam massage was 15-20 minutes, but I wasn’t even given that long. The massage itself was nice and pleasant and the lady was reasonably polite, but I was very disappointed with no adjustments with my wants and that the actual procedure was 18 minutes in total, not including sitting in the sauna on my own for 20 minutes.
