Eff

I had a facial here over a year ago and still remember the experience. The overall facial was nice however the lady doing it was something I’d never forget. She kept going on about how i had make up on and she seemed pretty annoyed by it(I just came from work, I was given no instruction prior to my appointment to remove any make up I had on), she left the steamer buzzer on and left me there waiting for her for 5 minutes with the constant timer beeping going off, this was irritating as a facial is supposed to be relaxing. When I came to tell her she was brushing it off as if I was impatient. She continued to say, several times, how her skin was so nice she could pass off as my mother, I found this incredibly inappropriate. Overall I would never come back here because the service from this lady was appalling.
