I had a full body massage with Dani. The massage itself had a nice flow and consistency, and the room was ready on time, so there were definitely some positives, but some body parts were missed e.g hips, glutes, base of feet and pectorals major muscle. Unfortunately, I paid for a one-hour massage but was initially only given 55 minutes. When I pointed this out, the response felt more argumentative than accommodating. Although she did complete the full hour, it was clear there was some annoyance, which took away from the relaxation. To finish, there was no offer of water or tea, no thank you, and no goodbye when I left, making the overall service feel unprofessional and leaving me disappointed.

I had an amazing body scrub treatment with Danny at Gisoo Hair & Beauty in the authentic Turkish Hammam in Chiswick, London, and I am truly impressed with the experience. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone. I believe everyone should have it at least twice a year because it’s only during the treatment that you realize how much unnecessary dead skin your body is carrying. The difference afterwards is incredible – my skin felt so soft, clean, and refreshed, and I left feeling lighter and full of energy. Danny was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I am so impressed with the results and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Lively friendly staff

Really nice Hamman experience the lady was so lovely and the fitted me last minute as it was my birthday on Friday. Thank you going home with relaxed body and muscles and my mind is chilled too. Definitely will be doing monthly regular visits. I recommend as a treat for yourself or gift for family and friends.
