Always lovely and friendly but always professional .

Had the volume lashes with Alex, having never had lashes I was unsure how they would feel or look. Alex was very receptive to understand what I wanted and did a fabulous job! Just right for my eye shape, Iâ??m delighted and canâ??t wait to book my infills - thank you Alex x

Excellent service as usual.

My complaint is that the treatment lasted less than 15 minutes (just 12). When I left I thought this could be because there were no hairs left to removed, but when I check at home later that evening, this was not the case: those few minutes could have been used to remove some of them!

Nice friendly staff. Happy with the result of my back wax, despite the severe pain I was in! Im not sure of the ladies name that done it, but she was great. Thanks

Laser Hair Removal at Bodilight is always a good experience. Therapists are always extremely professional and the process very efficient and easy. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff, very professional .In a world where most business have lost the customer service touch Bodilight staff have retained , well done for going above and beyond.

When l came in l was greeted with a hello . I did take a seat and was about 8mins before my 3pm appointment.Sarah and another therapist were at the desk and carried on talking to each other . It then was 3pm and Sarah asked me to come upstairs for my nails.l then asked the the other girl who was sitting at the desk would she kindly make me a cup of coffee. She did and brought it up to me . It would have been better if they wanted to carry on talking to have asked me when l arrived if l wanted anything like magazine or drink . Secondly on paying l was quite surprised to be asked for 38pounds for my treatment when always my treatment was 31 pounds with Sarah. Sarah then informed me her prices had gone up. She is also now senior therapist . On no occasion and l was in January was l informed . I like having Sarah and will continue too but thought clients would be informed of the increase prior to having treatment. Sarah did only charge me the new increase but not her senior price . I thought you would like some feed back as some customers would not come back. I will though as l have had shops and was always reminded my staff that customer care is so important.

Staff are lovely, 2nd time I\'ve been back. So nice to finally find somewhere that offers a good service and constantly delivers everytime.
