The beauty therapist was very good and made me comfortable throughout the treatment. Very nice, relaxing massage.

Although the therapist and course of treatment went well, the general salon customer care element was lacking on my last appointment. Having agreed to move my appointment, at their request, to the first appointment of the day, I was greeted at the door 7 or 8 minutes prior to my appointment time and was told I had to wait outside in very windy and cold weather conditions. The appointment confirmation email said to arrive a few minutes early for the appointment. It spoilt the experience because I was so cold and windswept. I can’t see what harm it would’ve done to allow me and the other client waiting outside with me into the waiting area. There were plenty of staff inside.

Doina was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with My EBT and Deluxe Environ treatments.

This was my first experience with bodilight...I have to say I absolutely loved it...the facial massage I had I absolutely recommend it..I was so calm n relaxed...my face is absolutely beautiful soft....keep up the great work...will definitely go back again.

As a clinic that caters to a diverse clientele, it would be fantastic if you could offer sunscreens suitable for darker skin tones. The sunscreens you currently stock leave a noticeable white cast, making my skin appear unnaturally pale. For Black skin tones, not all sunscreens are suitable—we need formulations that are invisible and blend seamlessly into our skin.

It’s always a lovely friendly experience visiting Bodilight. My nails look beautiful.
