This is a 5 star clinic from start to finish. I turned up unannounced at 9am one morning, desperate for an urgent appointment for my daughter. I was lucky to be greeted by a gentle & unbelievably helpful man, Alex Samuels, who made it happen. The procedure then went smoothly the following day and everyone we met was kind, gentle and very experienced. We will never go anywhere else! Sometimes life throws you a curveball and an angel steps in to guide you. For us this was Alex. Thank you ❤️

I can’t put into words how much I love this clinic. I have had some horrible experiences in the past with injectors which made me pretty anxious around fillers/ botox. This clinic has come to my rescue and have been so patient with me. Dr Georgie is beyond talented. She did my fillers cheek/lip filler and I am constantly complimented on how amazing my lips look. Dr. Eleni is also incredible. Not only is she talented but she is also such a wonderful person. I used to come to these appointments with so much anxiety and now I look forward to those appointments. I am confident I am in the right hands for the first time in years.

India has been very kind and supportive throughout my treatments. She is very thorough and explains things clearly. Highly recommend her.

Unrivalled expertise and attention to detail!

I chose Montrose Clinic based on its 5-star reviews and initially felt confident booking. I went in to treat pigmentation and was advised that BBL would be a suitable option, with a course of three sessions recommended alongside a very expensive ZO Skin routine. After two sessions and over £2,000 spent on treatments and skincare (which I used for months), I saw no improvement in my pigmentation, so I did not proceed with the third session. I have generally very good skin with no history of acne or scarring, my only concern was pigmentation. I also have a medium skin tone and am aware caution is needed with BBL on tanned skin, which the clinic were aware of from the start and still advised me to proceed. The skincare I was recommended led to breakouts and marks I had not experienced before. I raised both the lack of results and my reaction to the products during my visits. Despite this, I later felt the lack of results was being attributed to me not using retinol, even though I had explained my skin was already reacting to the products I had been advised to use. The only solution presented to me was to move on to a stronger laser (Halo), even at a discounted rate. The offer of a free patch test only came after I questioned why I should spend more money when the initial treatment had not worked. I went ahead with the free patch test and saw no difference in my pigmentation, and had I not pushed back on further spend, I would have ended up paying even more for the same outcome. After seeing no difference from the patch test, I told the clinic I would be happy to come in again if there was a solution that did not involve spending more money after the previous treatments had not worked for me, but I never received a response to that. I also referred my sister to the clinic, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I am now left with scars I have not experienced before, no improvement in pigmentation, and significant money spent without results. While the team are polite, there was no meaningful reassessment when the treatment wasn’t working, other than being directed towards spending more money. I hope this helps others avoid the mistakes I made.

Fantastic Clinic. Great staff and very friendly. Very professional caring staff listen and understand. Cant thank you enough for all the help. JS

Montrose is an absolute dream. The clinic is stunning, beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming. And Georgie? She’s phenomenal. A true expert at her craft, she delivered exactly the results I was hoping for. But what really sets her apart is her down to earth, humble approach. With her level of skill and experience, many would be arrogant or dismissive, but not Georgie. She genuinely listens, consults thoughtfully, and shares her expert guidance. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional results.

Arriving at Montrose feels like you are stepping into a spa outside of London. Upon arrival they make you feel right at home- in fact, I want the waiting area as my living room! The experience from start to finish is 12/10 and I would recommend for anyone.

I recently had the Korean Facial at Montrose London with India and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt completely at ease and well looked after. The treatment itself was fantastic, the gentle exfoliation, layering of hydration and subtle massage all combined to refresh my skin in a way I’ve never experienced before. My skin now feels plumper, more luminous and smooth, with a huge reduction in redness and visible pores. India tailored everything perfectly to my sensitive skin and I walked out feeling refreshed with the healthiest feeling and looking skin I’ve ever had.

Montrose is such a beautiful space. Everyone who I’ve met is both professional and personal. I cannot recommend more.

Best hydrafacial I’ve had! From arrival to facial and everything in between, a great experience.

Montrose Clinic is the epitome of chic serenity — exceptionally elegant, soothing and tranquil. I cannot recommend Georgina Williams highly enough. She’s an extraordinarily talented Plastic Surgeon, wonderfully caring with genuine warmth and the most exquisite eye for aesthetic detail. Six stars!

The most incredible personal service and care, every step of the way. The minute you go through the doors, everything is serene and perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and the results are exceptional. Don't even think of going elsewhere - there is no better.

I had my mole removal with Dr. Dunne at Montrose London, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d been nervous about the procedure for months, but Dr. Dunne immediately put me at ease - he was kind, patient and explained everything so clearly. The procedure itself was completely painless and I felt so looked after the entire time. The clinic is stunning, spotless, and has such a calm, reassuring atmosphere. My results have been incredible - the healing has gone beautifully, and the area already looks so much better than I ever imagined. I couldn’t recommend Montrose London and Dr. Dunne more highly to anyone considering mole removal or any kind of aesthetic treatment. Truly outstanding care and results. Thank you!

I recently had surgery with Dr Georgina Williams and the experience has been exemplary from start to finish. From the moment I met Dr Williams, I felt completely at ease and in the safest of hands. My initial consultation with her was thorough, with all the different options fully explained and she was more than happy to answer all my many questions. Dr Williams has the perfect balance of being genuinely warm and friendly with a wonderful bedside manner, whilst also being an exceptionally talented and meticulous surgeon. The surgery itself went flawlessly and the recovery was super smooth. She is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to her work and it shows - I am absolutely thrilled with the results, which look incredibly natural. I am so grateful to have found Montrose and Dr Williams and I cannot recommend her highly enough - a true credit to her profession.

After an informative and reassuring consultation with Dr. Georgina Williams, I decided to proceed with an upper blepharoplasty at Montrose London. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The procedure itself was remarkably swift and comfortable, and my recovery was smooth with outstanding aftercare provided by Dr. Williams and her team. Within just a couple of days, I was able to return to my usual activities with minimal downtime. The results have truly exceeded my expectations — my eyes look brighter and more refreshed, and I feel a renewed sense of confidence. Dr. Williams’ skill, precision, and genuine care are evident in every aspect of her work, and her calm professionalism immediately put me at ease. The Montrose London clinic is equally impressive — elegant, immaculate, and designed with the highest standards of comfort and luxury. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and thoroughly professional, creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and exclusive. I cannot recommend Dr. Georgina Williams and Montrose London highly enough for anyone seeking expert aesthetic care in a truly world-class setting.

I first went to see Georgie Williams just as her beautiful clinic opened and from the moment I walked through the gates, I knew there was something special about Montrose. Not only is the decor the most beautiful and sumptuous of any clinic I have ever been in, but the treatments I have had have been excellent. The first thing Georgie did was a full analysis of my face. She explained how the filler I had previously had at another clinic had migrated and I would need to have it dissolved which I was not keen to do. However, I am so glad I trusted Georgie as once I had had them dissolved and expertly refilled, I was so happy with the result. Almost 2 years on and my lips are still a fantastic shape. I also trusted Georgie to fill my naso labial folds and again, the results were excellent. I have always struggled with getting botox to look natural and not overly frozen. However, Georgie was also able to freeze my fine lines whilst not making me look over done and expressionless. I have now had a consultation with Georgie for a lower blepharoplasty as there is no other surgeon in London that I would trust with my face.
