This is only based on my first visit and treatment given. I assume another 'feedback' will be sent as and when to confirm success of the treatment.

Very disappointed this time. I arrived with my Mum 15 minutes before our appointment. Mum was booked in at 12 and I was booked in for 1pm followed by another appointment at 2. We were told at 12-15 that the appointment was running late. Mum was not see until 12-30 which really it would have been better for our appointments to be swapped around has I missed my 2nd procedure which I have had to reschedule. We both came together so would have been better for me to go first and then I would not have missed my 2nd procedure, not very well organised

My daughter had a filler appointment after she had her teeth whitening but because he was running 1/2 hour late she had to reschedule, had we be told to swap appointments her going before me she still would have had time for her appointment disappointed I myself didn’t realise my daughter had another appointment or I would have suggested this but the girls are so nice but had they explain this delay they could have come up with switching our appointment times we were there early enough.
