I arrived early but then kept waiting for 20-25 minutes after the booking time before I was shown upstairs. Had another appointment booked with you for HIFI 12.30pm but that was a bit chaotic and in the end did not leave Vie until 1.40pm, which meant I was late for a 2pm meeting with hubby. I enjoy Nicola dealing with the infusion I have as she is very informative.
