I find the list of treatments confusing and not all have prices, i asked for info on the treatment advertised by the board next to the door after my botox app and was promised an email but it didn't arrive, i was also promised a chat with the lady who performs treatments but this was forgotten and she wasnt available at the time agreed. However, amazing place and the young chap on reception is wonderful!

I hadn't met Dr Helena Liaka before so it was nice to have a chat beforehand. Reassuring that the practice is NHS led. ????

Had a video phone call from Dr Americans last Wednesday and with Aimee this Saturday morning. Both of them handles my concerns professionally and spoke to me with ease and care. I would have attended the clinic but I have to shield and stay home. I love that the products I need are readily available and can be posted to me. Thanks Vie Aesthetic.

I have had lots of treatments at Vie Rayleigh but this was my first PlexR treatment, I felt very comfortable and confident with the process and the treatment was quick and relatively pain free. As usual the team and Dr. Liatkis were wonderful and I enjoyed my visit.

The procedure was carried out quickly with very limited discomfort. Much less than I was anticipating, which was a real relief. Ioannis worked quickly and smoothly and had a bit of help from Zak. Thanks guys, good job!
