After my treatment I came downstairs to have a look at some of your products and your make up. Amber and Aimee (might not have got their names right) were absolutely fantastic at helping me find the right make up for me they took so much of their time to tell me about the products and gave me some lovely samples for me to take home and try. They were honestly so lovely and made me feel like it was no trouble at all to help me. This type of customer service just reminds me why I come to Vie for treatments.

She truly listens to your concerns and is honest with her advice. Conscious of your anxieties and implications with cost of products. Thank you. I’m looking forward to seeing more results.

It would have helped to have had a clearer confirmation re length of appointment as I was told it was a follow up of 10-15 minutes. Luckily you were kind enough to let my husband wait during the actual appointment of 40 minutes otherwise he would have had to wait in the car.

I had a few concerns on my neck and Aimee my consultant addressed it right away and made suggestions and changed my routine for skincare slightly. Doing so, my neck felt so much better. Looking forward to going to Vie Aesthetics in 2 weeks time. Many thanks for listening. I find everyone so polite and accommodating.
