My feedback was based on the fact that I have not had a facial before and therefor did not know what to expect .I was told when going into the treatment room that the couch swivelled and to be careful getting on , after the treatment I was left on my own told to get up in my own time but was not reminded that it swivelled , so nearly fell off of it . I was told about about the led light treatment being very very bright but still not knowing what to expect it was put on and I was left alone , I didn’t like it , felt very uncomfortable and would have chosen to stop the treatment but there was no one there . Not a nice experience.
