Initially had an appointment/ FaceTime arranged for previous day but for some reason this didnâ??t happen. Had to phone reception and arrange another FaceTime appointment, no explanation given. FaceTime happened and was very informative. Marked down reception as each contact was telephone contact and not face to face.
