The booking and appointment reminders are faultless. The reminders by text an invaluable service for someone like me - who isn’t always personally organised and doesn’t use mobile email. Reception staff are excellent at their front facing roles. Remembering names, personal information etc which makes the customer feel taken care of. The treatment is always well informed with the Dr paying close attention to the clients desired outcome and mirroring back his knowledge and expertise in how to achieve it. I am forever losing my loyalty card and so never take advantage of the loyalty discount and so would love to see a digital method for this where I could even receive notifications letting me know Ive reached the discount threshold (which may encourage a bigger spend)!
