I hobbled in bent double. After Dave poked and prodded, finding the spot, he then determined to solve the problem. I have walked out straight (but slowly), and 30 minutes later I am still mainly pain free. ******six stars (I needed that pain relief).

For the past week I have had a lot of pain in my right ear. Phoned up Monday morning and saw Sarah in the afternoon. After about 15 minutes she had sorted the problem out. Now for the first time in a week I can look forward to a good nights sleep. Thanks Sarah.

Hi had my initial pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment with Sarah Higgins following my total abdominal hysterectomy seven weeks ago. The space itself was easy to find, great parking, calm and very well maintained. Sarah was fantastic. She completed a thorough assessment including scar care and pelvic examination. We discussed a management plan to work towards my goals of returning to running fitness and scar healing and planned a review in 4 weeks. Sarah was very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to engage with and made the appointment relaxed especially given the nature of the topic! To top it all off we had a few giggles which being a giggler myself I totally appreciated! I would highly recommend VB health and Sarah for pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Friendly and efficient service from the front desk. I had a 45min appointment with Dave Carter the physio. He diagnosed my problem and explained everything. He recommended an XRAY to help further diagnose treatment options. Everything friendly, low key and no pressure to book additional sessions. I would recommend VB Health.
