Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at VB. Staff welcoming on arrival and Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and explained her outcomes after a thorough consultation in great detail. I appreciated her expert advice and not pushy in to purchasing products or booking a treatment. Vicki was extremely knowledgable, professional, approachable and maintained a friendly manner from arriving to departing.
