I appreciate management’s response to my concerns below and they called me directly to address issues and for possible resolution. I have received a refund. Upon reflecting on my service here, I had received top notch service elsewhere and expected something similar. The clinician who performed the PRP skimmed over my face with the microneedling pen and I found it wasn’t as effective as a more intense session. Although I understand I can get a bruise when blood is drawn, the clinician missed my vein and I have a scar on my arm to show how poorly blood was drawn. Perhaps more training there is needed. Original review - one star: Bought a Groupon and had a really bad experience with the PRP service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don’t seem properly trained. The nurse missed my vein when she drew blood and I ended up with a scar and a hideous bruise. They didnt apply numbing creaming initially and they confirmed it wasn’t apart of their process to do so. So I bought numbing cream there and self applied. Once it was time for the PRP, she said I could leave the numbing cream on …??? So many red flags yall. Stay away How do I report this place for malpractice?
