“The most fraudulent clinic I have ever seen. They even question the agency that introduced them.They gave false promises to the customer, saying the next time your hair transplant the price would be lower, but exactly 15 hours before the appointment they called and demanded the full payment, and they cancelled my appointment even though I had already completed all the steps. After I had even reserved the parking, they stopped answering my calls altogether. They are truly dishonest.I don’t recommended to anyone. I have a proof for all of my words.Due to being unable to contact you despite several attempts to call no one has replied or returned my calls, when we spoke on the phone 15 hours prior to my appointment, I explained that I had booked through the same agency that had organised my first appointment they had confirmed I would only require 1 more appointment to conclude my treatment and cost for this would be £1200, I even supplied photos as requested, the doctor at first appointment confirmed this also, however when I contacted you to confirm my 2nd appointment I was told it would be more expensive then first told and I would also need a 3rd appointment to complete treatment, both of which are completely different to how I was explained at 1st appointment, I feel truly disappointed and let down by the betrayal and deceitfulness of this clinic, I was extremely happy with first appointment and deeply excited to return for 2nd, unfortunately you lied to me and tried to extort more money from me then I was originally quoted, thus leading to me not returning.
