They were so helpful and Kind. I was traveling in London and forgot to bring my prescription medication with me. They were able to write me a prescription so that I could have it filled at the local pharmacy. Can't thank them enough

Very disappointing experience. The doctor performing the ultrasound failed to identify a foreign object, which was later successfully located when I had another ultrasound done elsewhere. This seriously raises questions about their competence and the quality of care provided. Communication was equally poor. I was told they would contact me with an update, but I never heard back. I had to seek help elsewhere to get the issue properly investigated. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I highly do not recommend this clinic.

This was a Hair Transplant as they do lots of procedures From start to finish the medial team have been fantastic The initial consultation with Dr Arjola Kurti was comprehensive and she explained what would be good for me based on my head photos. We discussed my expectations and we agreed the future plan and what would be involved So a date was set and confirmed which was easily changed due to my holidays and commitments- so very accommodating I was warned it would take a full day starting at 09.00. So on the day I was met by Dr Kurti who outlined the day. The nurse then took my bloods for later in the procedure then I was introduced to the Hair Technicians and again the process and procedure was explained and we all agreed The medical team Dr Arjola Kurti, ISA, Naddie and the Nurse were all fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and Caring throughout the procedure. They would always ask if everything was ok and I was Ok I was a long day and intensive but successful and I would highly recommend- just like the person I met at my local barbers who had the procedure and I say the results and he highly recommended I now look forward to the results after a few months However the admin needs reviewed. I raised my issues with them and I came close to cancelling but when I had a call with Dr Kurti two weeks before my appointment she confirmed our original agreement and plan I am happy for anyone to call me

5 stars for leaving a patient completely screwed over. 0 stars for actually providing the service I booked. I booked an appointment with Tower Bridge Hospital for an urgent medical investigation and arranged everything around it. Then, without adequate notice, they cancelled the appointment and left me to sort out the consequences myself. This wasn't a haircut or a dinner reservation. It was a time-sensitive medical appointment. I specifically went private because I needed a reliable and prompt service. Instead, I was left scrambling to find an alternative at short notice. If you can't honour an appointment, the absolute minimum is to give the patient proper notice and understand the consequences of cancelling. Apparently that's too much to ask here. Completely unacceptable. I would think twice before trusting this hospital with anything time-sensitive.

I’ve had a really positive experience with my PRP treatments. Filiz is always so kind and friendly and takes the time to listen to my needs and any concerns I have. She’s very careful and gentle when injecting, which makes the whole treatment feel comfortable and reassuring. I always feel like I’m in good hands and would definitely recommend her!

If I could give a minus I would. I called on Monday 28.09.26 to arrange to have 36 staples removed on 03.10.26 after having had an op. I spoke to an A I Assistant because I couldn’t speak to a real person , I explained that they needed to come out on 14th day asked who would be doing it, price and all the normal stuff. All booked for 16.30 on that date. I rang on the morning of 03.10 just to confirm and was assured all ok, everything was in place, I asked if we needed to bring anything and they said just the discharge papers from the hospital. We were just about to leave home and I got a call saying they were sorry but they didn’t have the specialist equipment to do the procedure !! When I asked why they said it was because it was booked through their A I. and they hadn’t realised. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. If their AI isn’t doing what it should then it needs to be disconnected and proper staff employed. You cannot book something like this then just cancel, the stress and anxiety this has caused is unbelievable. I would not recommend this place if it was the only place in London I’d rather take them out myself. 👎👎

I had a very positive experience with Dr Bahl. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that his support didn’t end with the consultation — he continued to respond to my questions and help guide me by email afterwards. That level of care and accessibility made a big difference, and I would definitely recommend him.
