Honestly not great, I went for an early reassurance scan. No prior concerns just a routine scan. There was an abnormality noticed and the reaction was immediately alarming vs talking it through calmly. The first words said to me were ‘you might need an abortion or you might miscarry’. There was then some backtracking to try and reassure, I was then told to immediately go to the hospital. At the hospital they did not appear concerned in the same way. I understand the need for escalation if something is noticed and the best place to go is the hospital, but I was not happy with the alarming message I received. I would not go back or recommend.
