My first time at the clinic and having Botox. I did some research and read the reviews and was not disappointed. The clinic is clean and welcoming. Gentleman in reception is professional and welcoming too. Hala, my practitioner was everything that previous reviewers have said. Knowledgeable, kind, put you at ease and is very thorough with medical history, follow up communication and he treatment itself. For a novice like me who has never had this kind of treatment, she was gentle, not pushy and started with small quantity as my worry is to look too “done up”. It’s comforting to find a practitioner who understands and preaches a natural approach. My treatment was yesterday so it’s too early to see results but I have had no side effects so far and feel a gentle lift in my forehead which helps when you are constantly squinting due to shortsightedness. I am having a follow up and look forward to seeing Hala and leaving a proper feedback on the treatment but my first impression and experience is extremely positive.
