I felt that the Consultant gave me detailed information but that she became frustrated when I was enquiring about additional costs and was not clear about how much the additional costs would be, stating that I could work it out. Initially she informed me that the treatment would cost £1000 including the Pre & Aftercare products but it then turned out that more AfterCare products would need to be purchased mounting up to perhaps a further maybe £600 although I did not feel this part was clear. I needed to know how much the full cost would be to make an informed decision. She did make a suggestion of an alternative treatment that would be around half the cost but I was not sure of how effective this would be and whether it would be worth it.
