Dr Kate was fantastic. Last Summer, semi-new to the process, she patiently explained the different options, procedures and helped me decide on the best course of treatments. I'm a big chicken when it comes to pain but need not have been, she was so professional and reassuring that the procedure went by quickly. I was super happy with the results afterwards and can't wait for things to re-open for a repeat visit :)
